Metal Purity

The precious metals that you select for your custom jewelry are guaranteed to be of the highest purity, and stamped with the metal content, such as 18k or PT950. Each piece is also marked with the KJD trademark.

Ring Size

Your ring is guaranteed to be the size ordered. Please get your finger measured at a local jewelry store, or we can send you a finger gauge. If you are choosing a wide band, request that the sizing be done with a wide finger gauge. After you place your order, we have a unique method of verifying your finger size to guarantee that your custom, comfort fit ring will fit exactly right. If your ring is delivered in a size other than what was ordered, we will replace or resize the band at no additional charge. If you need your ring resized, the charges are as follows:

Sizing, prices include return shipping:

Mokume Band : Down - $75, Up - $75 (one size max, thickness will change)
Mokume Engagement Round: Down - $125; Up - $75 (one size max, thickness will change)
Mokume Engagement Princess: Down - $75; Up - $75 (one size max, thickness will change)
Plain Band / Engagement: Down - $50; Up - $50 or less depending on job
Up on thick shank: $25 (1/2 size only)
Damaged items: charge for material, labor and shipping
Routine Refinish - $25 (includes return shipping) ring with a plain band, $40; mokume ring, $75. Please ensure that you have selected the proper ring size.

Diamond Quality

You will be assisted in selecting the perfect diamond to meet your needs, through a fast and easy process. You will be provided with a list of diamonds to choose from, describing the carat weight, clarity, color, quality of the cut (such as Ideal, Very Good, etc.) and price. You may also request further information on the diamond before purchasing, such as the depth and table proportions. Any diamond over ½ carat that you order will be fully certified by an independent gemological laboratory. A copy of the certification can be emailed to you prior to your purchase. Your diamond is guaranteed to be exactly what you order. There are no refunds on diamonds.

Payment Methods: You may pay with your Visa, Mastercard, or DiscoverCard, or you may also pay with a personal/business check, cashiers check or money order in the mail. If you purchase the stone for your ring from us, then full payment is required for the stone upon order confirmation and that payment will serve as a deposit for your ring order. If you are providing your own stone, then payment of one-half of the total order is required as a down-payment upon order confirmation. The balance is due before shipping. Delivery Time: In most cases, your custom jewelry is fabricated after you order it. We typically have a turnaround time of 6-10 weeks from the date of deposit. If you have a ceremony or wedding before that time, we have temporary rings you may wear. This is a complimentary service. You will be informed of an exact shipping date at the time you place the order. On the limited edition jewelry, the item may or may not be available immediately. Contact us for details.

Return Policy: Your purchase is completely hand made upon your order, and every effort will be made to ensure that the jewelry is exactly what you requested. In the event that you are less than completely satisfied, we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your approval. At your request, a full refund of unworn jewelry will be made if returned within 15 days of the invoice date.

Limitations: In rare cases, some individuals have allergic or chemical reactions to certain metals, which we cannot foresee. Returns will not be granted for this.

Packaging: Your jewelry order will be packaged in an elegant jewelry box. Your order can be gift wrapped as well.

Shipping: Your order will be shipped via Fed-Ex. Please add $50 for overnight shipping, handling, and insurance for all U.S. orders up to $5000. Orders over $5000 will incur additional insurance charges.

Shipping, handling and insurance on International orders is $75 and you should be aware that additional fees may levied by your country's Customs entity. Orders over $5000 will incur additional insurance charges.

Sales Tax: Arizona residents, please add 8.1% sales tax.
