March: Delicate Stacking Ring with a Raw Diamond
This engagement ring
is special for two reasons. First, it has a raw diamond
. We've made several engagement rings with these rose-cut, natural, colored diamonds. While still a diamond engagement ring, these diamond crystals show off an alternative style.
Second reason this ring is different: it was partially made by the client! With help from our CAD modeler, he computer-modeled the design to fit the raw diamond and his fiancee's hand. Then after we grew the wax and got the casting, he came back to finish the ring with our goldsmith's assitance.
